Okonomiyaki Set

Okonomiyaki is Japanese food at its best!  Have you ever tried this great dish? Steaming cabbage and meat in a thick batter and moreish Okonomiyaki sauce make this dish a winner (and very popular here in Kyoto!)
With this home kit you can make fresh, authentic Okonomiyaki wherever you are! 

Product Description 

What’s included:

-Okonomiyaki pancake mix
-Squid Tenkasu (tempura bits)
-Yam powder
-Aonori (dried green laver)


What you’ll need:

-Cabbage
-Eggs
-Pork slices (or protein of your choice)
-Green onion
-Okonomiyaki Sauce

Start with mixing the pancake mix (white package) and yam powder (pink package) with 160 cc water, then add cabbage, egg and green onions as well as the Tenkasu (yellow package) - mix well.
 
Prepare a hot plate or pan on high heat, spread your okonomiyaki batter and let it cook for few minutes, then add your meat on top, and flip to cook the other side.
Finally spread the Okonomiyaki sauce and sprinkle on the aonori (green package) - and just like that you've cooked a perfect Okonomiyaki at home!
