Instructions:

1. Lightly wet the mold with water to prevent the rice from sticking.
2. Pack freshly cooked, warm rice (about 100g), and turn the mold upside down to release it. 
3. Place a sheet of nori seaweed, or a slice of cheese or ham onto the silicone mat. Press down to cut out the desired face.
4. Place the facial feature cutouts onto the rice, and fill its laughing mouth with your choice of delicious food!
5. Bonus tip: Bring the animals to life by naturally coloring the rice with soy sauce (tan), ketchup or carrots (orange), turmeric (yellow), spinach (green) or food coloring.
